Doing Business in Africa - Risk Management in Africa

This module will expose you the myriad of business risks you need to build into your strategy for Africa. There is nothing as unsettling as being confronted with a situation that you did not plan for and the attendant cost, time and reputational consequences that will follow. Every business endeavour involves risks and there is a need to have a risk management strategy for dealing with the threats and opportunities represented by each risk. In addition to highlighting the risks, this module shall also enable you to assess, cost and mitigate the associated risks in doing business in Africa.
